Bubbleballs can be used by children and adults alike. We recommend being in healthy shape, running around wearing a giant plastic bubble is more tiring than it looks! You’ll feel a little tired after you’ve gotten knocked down a few times, so make sure to take regular breaks and to hydrate.
We do not recommend BubbleBall sports for those with heart conditions or for women who are pregnant, due to the impact. While safe for regular users, under these conditions playing poses a higher health risk.
